Our Regional Consultative Meetings provide an opportunity to brainstorm with Development Partners on emerging and persisting concerns around the lives of our women and girls.

She Forum Africa, in partnership with Equality Now and Survivors Anonymous, recently convened the East Africa Consultative Roundtable with development partners across the East Africa Region to discuss Sustainable Investments in Safe Spaces for Women & Girls in Africa ahead of the annual Africa Gender Conference holding on 23rd to 26th May, 2018. This first of a series of consultative meetings in the build up to the 2018 Africa Gender Conference was held in Nairobi, Kenya on Friday 24th November 2017 as part of commemorative activities for the 2017 International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women.
